Fajitas
We raised our kids on LaFinca. We moved to the Gilmer area in the late 90's. We ALWAYS order beef fajitas. We have travelled lots of places & eaten lots of fajitas over 32 years of marriage---NO ONE beats the fajitas at LaFinca! And, the bean soup (charro), and the queso!! Also, the hot sauce & green sauce are the BEST! We moved to Longview recently, but LaFinca is a regular drive for us. It is my favorite restaurant anywhere around East Texas!!!
Stuffed Avocado with Fajita Beef
So amazing... huge Avocado stuffed with beef placed on top of rice.... I have an amazing photo... would have loved to be able to up load it

We ordered 4 of the double enchiladas, each one had different meat or different queso. All where right and very tasty, the freshest food in East Texas!! Always hot and never anything wrong!

Chicken Breast Platter
My favorite meal! Deliciously seasoned grilled chicken and garden fresh vegetables, served with Aztec rice and salad. 5 stars!*****
#2 Enchiladas or Tacos
Beef enchiladas were delicious, soft and chewy, not soggy.
